Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Ayeyee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can exchange it for another item of equal or lesser value within 30 days of receiving it. Please note that we do not offer refunds, only exchanges.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also have the original tags attached and be in the original packaging. To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To request an exchange, please contact us at sales@ayeyee.com with your order number and the item you want to exchange. We will provide you with the instructions on how to return your item and send you the new one. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item and receiving the new one. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the item does not meet the above criteria or if it is out of stock. We also reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
